    • Yes, additional fonts or colors may be available, please contact me via email or the contact form. Additional fees may apply.

    • Absolutely! Please check out the product pages for designs and inspiration. If you don’t see what you need please contact me so we can work together! I am committed to helping your dream event become a reality.

  • Yes, a nonrefundable deposit is required before the design process begins. This deposit will be applied to your order but is required to offset my time designing the proofs.

    • For any custom design, Yes! Once your order is received and processed a proof will be sent to the email address provided.

    • We ask that you respond within 48 hours so we can keep the process moving and complete your sign as soon as possible!

    • Clean with a soft, dry polishing or microfiber cloth

    • Keep in the original packaging before and after use to protect the acrylic

    • Since all items are handmade, signs take approximately 2-3 weeks to process (this does not include shipping time). However, the fulfillment process time may fluctuate and updated timing will be noted on the “Home” page of the website.

    • All packages are shipped via USPS in the US only.

    • If you live on the South Shore, local rush delivery is available for an additional fee. Please inquire if interested.

    • Also, if you live on the South Shore, I offer complementary pick up to save on shipping costs!

    • Someday Came Designs is not liable for products lost, stolen, or damaged during the transit process. Please contact the delivery carrier if there is an issue once your order has been shipped.

    • Due to the customization of the sign, returns and refunds are not accepted. However, if there is something wrong with your order, please reach out immediately so we can work together to resolve the issue. We want you to love your sign!

  • The name, Someday Came, is a phrase that means a lot to me and I think others can relate too! It is the idea of saying “someday” I’ll do this or “someday” I’ll do that. Always feeling like I need to wait for the perfect time to do something. But there is no better time than now, so essentially my “Someday” is here.

    I think others can relate when it comes to planning weddings and other special occasions, these are events you anticipate your entire life for! I’m so excited to help turn your “someday” into forever.
